There are a lot of people who want to do a sleep study, but are nervous or scared of the sleep labs. And know one can blame them, I don’t think anyone is excited to have wires placed all over and have someone watch you sleep? But, what most people don’t know is that there are at home sleep study equipment. In fact, most sleep labs carry this equipment. Should having a sleep study in the lab be something that causes you anxiety, talk to your doctor about the possibility of doing an at home study.
